As you may or may not know, it is better to buy your ticket for Royal Ascot early as the prices will go up the closer you get.

So we are laying on V.I.P with a V..IP Package to match

35 Spaces per coach

Pick up Location,

Double Tree Hotel, Rotherhithe St, SE16 5HW

VIP Package includes:

Complimentary drink on arrival (1 glass pp)

Space on the 35 seater VIP coach

A selection of sandwiches & 2 bottles of Prosecco (per table of 4)

Space in car park 6....

Entry Ticket to the Windsor Inclosure

Entry Tickets will be given out on the day with a wristband, colour coded to your allocated coach (Required to be visible at all times)

Tickets for this VIP Package will be priced at £90.00 pp

To secure a place either pay full amount or 1 of the 3 payments of £31.00

Full payment due on 1st of March 2017

(Payments are non refundable)

Please feel free to bring you're own picnics, alcohol, blankets

(alcohol restrictions on entry)

Coaches will leave at 10 am (SHARP)

Leaving Ascot 6pm (SHARP)

to return to your pick up point.

Anyone not on time will be left behind so make sure you are at your allocated coach on time
